2005 Conference Highlights
highlights from Indianapolis, Indiana
Focusing on the theme “Total Surrender for Total Success,” the 2005 ATI Regional Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana, was held August 9–12.
Attendees exclaimed that the sessions met needs in their hearts and offered instruction that they could apply in their daily lives.
More than 2,700 attendees gained practical training at the conference, which addressed the importance of surrendering one’s entire being to God in order to experience the fulfillment of His purposes in one’s life.
A mother from New York shared her family’s testimony:
“We were reminded of how important it is to daily listen to God’s Word. We saw the need to memorize more of the Word of God, and we were challenged to work on whole chapters of the Bible, instead of just verses here and there. My husband was also encouraged to have a heart-to-heart talk with our two older boys about important issues.
Ann Conway shared her incredible testimony, inspiring listeners to trust God even in the most painful times of life.
“Last month we were thinking that maybe we should not do ATI anymore, but after the conference, we realized the goal we have for our family is the goal that the ATI program presents. Needless to say, we are staying in the program and have made a commitment to go to the conference next year. We were not able to go to one last year, and I think we lost our vision by not going. This year’s conference reminded us of how important it is to stay in ATI.
“For those who were not able to attend any of the conferences this year, I encourage you to order the DVDs, if possible. I highly recommend the testimony of Ann Conway, the session by Mr. and Mrs. Speed, the testimony of George Keller, and the opening night with Bill Gothard. Of course, all of the sessions were good, but these really stuck out to our family!”

A mother from Kentucky shares her family’s testimony:
“We were so fortunate to be able to go to the Indianapolis Conference. The Lord provided for us to go, and I must say that this was the best conference we have attended!
“The speakers were great, and the messages were wonderful. I purchased a couple of DVDs to share, but I wish I had purchased more!
“We are so grateful to all those who worked hard and made the conference enjoyable for everyone. We had children in the Children’s Institute, the Pre-Excel program, ALERT Cadets, and our 19-year-old daughter enjoyed the afternoon student sessions with Dr. Gothard. Many thanks to everyone for all your hard work—you really blessed our family.”
