International Children’s Institutes present an incredible ministry avenue and an incredible challenge as you teach priceless truths to children who have never heard them before—and yet you are teaching through an interpreter! You are ministering in a completely new culture. You learn to expect the unexpected. Your own strength will not last. You have to rely on the Lord.
Taiwan
The trip to Taiwan is typically comprised of three seminars in Kaohsiung, Hong Kong and Taipei. Mandarin Chinese is spoken in Taiwan, so the CI is conducted via interpreters.
Dates: January 16–February 9, 2009
Application deadline: December 1, 2008
Age: 16 and up
Prerequisites: Basic Seminar attendance; Journey to the Heart attendance; CI experience is recommended; passport required
Cost from USA: Approximately $2,500 (airfare, food, housing, and transportation)

Southeast Asia
Multiple seminars are held in Southeast Asia. Most will be conducted in English, although interpreters will be needed at one or two seminars. This trip presents a rare opportunity to minister in several south Asian cities!
