How to Register

  1. Young ladies ages 12 and up are invited to register.

  2. Download and print the COMMIT Registration FormPDF Format and the COMMIT Information SheetPDF Format.

  3. With your parents, prayerfully fill out the registration form and information sheet.

  4. Mail or fax the completed registration form to:

Team Leader Application

  1. Young ladies ages 16 and up who have previously attended COMMIT may apply to be a Team Leader.

  2. Download and print the Leadership ApplicationPDF Format.

  3. With your parents, prayerfully fill out the leadership application.
