Cost Breakdown
- $800 for each phase (includes textbooks and $100 towards uniforms)
- $1,200 for room and board for each phase
- Total cost for completing the first 3 phases is $6,000
- Fourth phase is free with a $1,500 rebate1 for the first three phases
- Total cost for completing all four phases is $4,500
- Additional costs for aprons, knives, and tools: approximately $200
1. Rebate credit is earned at a rate of $115 dollars a week. Time taken off during the first three phases will count against the rebate amount possible to earn during the fourth phase.
