How to Apply

  1. Be sure you have met the course’s prerequisites.

  2. Download and print the course’s application formPDF Format.

  3. Prayerfully fill out the first part of the application. Ask your parents to complete the “Parent’s Perspective” section of the application.

  4. Mail the completed application form, the appropriate photographs, and the registration fee to:
