Wholesome Food Preparation (discontinued)
learn how to cook well-balanced meals
Wholesome Food Preparation was designed to assist families in making healthful changes in their home. The course taught students how to recognize God’s design and provision for food through in-depth studies of Scriptural principles.
Due to a change in direction in the TELOS Institute International, the Wholesome Food Preparation course was discontinued in 2007.

“During the 18 weeks that I spent on the Wholesome
Food Preparation Course, I learned how to convert generic,
unhealthy recipes into nutritious masterpieces, prepare
scrumptious meals for all occasions, and properly use food
service equipment. Overall, the Establishing Perspectives
section—studying God’s Word to find out what He
has to say about food—impressed me most. I had never
realized how much food is mentioned in the Bible! All in all,
this was a thrilling culinary learning experience!”
